Video comments should be considered video views for purposes of membership levels. We can restrict video views only if the video resides in the videos folder but not video comments, this makes no sense.

I agree, they should change the wording used. Just like 'Ads' should have been called classifieds and 'Sounds' should have been called music as these are their more universally used designations.
Maybe if enough people say something it'll get changed.
