Video in "not processed" state

Hi,

I have uploaded a video. It uploaded properly but it appears in the "Not Processed" state always. I have checked the cron job and it has been set to run every minute. Does anyone know what could be the problem.

Issue resolved. There was a problem with the cron job set. Corrected the cron job and now the videos get processed without any errors

please what did you change at the cron job. I have the same problem. My provider said I have to compile the exe file because it is a linus nginx server?

i have no idea how to compile the file, or even what to do......

The .exe file is compiled for Linux, not Windows, so I don't see why it requires emulation. Also, Nginx is not supported with Dolphin (at all), so I'm amazed you got this far with it.

Hi all,

We also have this trouble and is beginning to cause problems with out site. Embedding video has no troubles at all and works great but all the uploaded videos are still 'Processing'  as palz said above.

Please can anyone offer some advice or even be able to fix it for me, I have no idea what to do!

You need to check and make sure your Cron Job is setup correctly.
