Video not working on local RMS

Hi,

When trying to use video comment or anything regarding video (even embed from youtube in the private video gallery) I receive a "could not connect" or "Video upload failed (Video error)".

[WARN] [DefaultQuartzScheduler_Worker-1] org.red5.server.net.rtmp.RTMPConnection - Closing RTMPMinaConnection from * : 62147 to * (in: 3463 out 3221 ), with id 1738223535 due to long handshake

Please note that:

1) I put iptables/csf down;

2) I've set all webapps to use the correct IP

3) I didn't received any "could not connect to RMS" error when when setting the modules from the admin

- The chat widget WORKS

- The audio upload/player WORKS

- Picture uploading WORK

So the single thing that doesn't works is VideoComments and YouTube video import, which are really important for me!

Please advise me what to do!

Another thing:

The PHP limits are ok - 200mb.

When uploading a video file the file gets uploaded but, when it should process, it posts "Video upload failed (Video error)".

Problem PARTIALLY solved!

For those who encounter the same error as I do when uploading Videos:

1) check if you have the right ports open;

2) check if you have 200mb max_upload_size in php.ini

3) check if RMS is working

4) check if ffmpeg.exe is writable (777) EVEN if you use a suPHP configuration

Still I cannot post video comments!

I have a lifetime license, how can I contact support? Isn't there any ticketing system?

I cannot access the "Submit a ticket" area, as I receive a message that I don't have access.

I really need this thing fixed as my website is on-hold because of that...
