Video on demand module?

I couldn't turn up any results in the Market, and this may be better posted in the Jobs section, but I wanted to run it by the forum to see if anyone knows of anything that can already do this (or wouldn't require too much enhancement):

Looking for a video on demand type module, that would allow members to purchase a video and watch it stream from my dolphin site. This viewing rights would ideally expire 24hrs after the customer made the purchase.

I see Anton has a credits mod that allows you to view video with credits, is there something better suited? Trying to mimic functionality of services such as Zune/itunes that allow digital media rentals.

I've never seen a mod like this for Dolphin.

If anyone else would benefit from such a module, please contact me if you'd be interested in sharing development costs & maybe we could get somebody to put it on the market.

Just think how powerful this could be for your community, giving members the ability to sell their videos & allow it to be streamed could = massive $$$!
