Video processing incomplete

I have uploaded several videos with different extensions using the Flash uploader.  In each case the video processing gives me an incomplete file.  For instance, one 9 minute video only had the first 3:35 processed.  The video shows up in the videos page and can be played, but ends abruptly.  Also, the seek bar of the video player itself then doesn't function properly, probebly because it has to see the complete video.

Desperately need to know how to resolve this, if it's a settings issue in D7, a server issue, or whatever.  Thanks.

Problem exists for regular uploader as well. Need help. Have others experienced this? Or is mine unique?

out to show the use of x264 twice but can this be time? "1:10" and "1:30" is that a time period?  This is code in the xml file for video's called settings.xml  Its kind of funny if it is not BC that is the time period the video's are getting processed
