Video thumbs are working but video not

Hello,

I have make this installation

I have tested everything, cron jobs, dir permissions and video is still not working. The strange thing is that video is creating thumbs...but it cannot run.

Can someone help?

Hello!

Seems in ur case ffmpeg can create only thumb and can't - other files like .flv (for playing), .mpg (for download), .mp4 (for iPhone). This happen if:

1) Upload file is too big and server hasn't enough memory limit to convert it. Try to increase it.

2) Not enough disc space in server (not very possible).

Actually my problem solved with the support i had from my hosting company which are quite good

1) Using an FTP program (like FileZilla), go inside your dolphin folder and make sure that the folder /flash /modules/ have a permission of 755.

2) Go inside your dolphin folder and delete ALL the files from the following 2 folders (EXCEPT .htaccess file):

/public_html/platform/cache
/public_html/platform/cache_public

So all works now
