Video uploading file error

That was the message when trying to upload a wmv file of only 540 kb. The file itself works on other sites and with other programs. I am new to Dolphin and just testing the program. I installed it with the installroutine that the hosting company has. They also checked that there should not be any restrictions for videouploads...

What should a beginner do at this point?

does your host allows you to execute .exe files? ffmpeg.exe in dolphin needs this to convert video/audio files..

if you're on shared hosting the answer might be 99% no..
