Videos Upload but don't play???

I am running Dolphin 7.0.2  I have auto approve turned on for video upload(no admin approval required), I also turned OFF H.264 for video uploads.  I am using the standard uploader (not the flash one).  When I upload a video (I have tried avi and flv, both of which are setup as approved formats in the admin panel) it completes the upload and prompts for a title, description, keywords, etc...however after you hit save after typing in that info it redirects you to your member video library.  It shows you whatever frame 1 is of the video, however the time index of the video is always 00:00:00  Its as if it never processed the video.

I am running Boonex Dolphin on my own dedicated box so I have 100% control over all config files and settings if something needs to be changed on the server I can do it, I just don't know what is causing this.

You can see in the screen shot below what I mean.

screenshot

As you can see they are already approved.  I also check under the "Processing" tab to see if they were still rendering, but that is empty.  Is there something with ffmpeg on the server, but I don't know.

Your help is most appreciated,

Thank you,

Chad

Again go to modules in admin click  flash apps  click on video  click on settings  and disable h264 check box.   if you what long enough on the videos uploaded already they will play.  could take two or three minutes to start.

If you disable h264 then upload a video it will play right away.  the videos there now will still take forever to lad because they where encoded with H264.
