Videos Won't Process

Hey all, I'm almost sure this question has been asked before, but I couldn't find it in the forums. I have tried placing a video in my website by both flash and regular uploaders, and they just sit there "processing".  I discovered this when I noticed a video still processing that I must have uploaded weeks ago and forgot about it! Does anyone know what the usual problem for this could be? Thanks!

First thing i would do is go to the ADMIN/FLASH APPS/VIDEO PLAYER/SETTINGS and make sure that the H264 codec box is NOT checked! If it is, UNCHECK that box, click SAVE and upload another video. It should process a video within 30 seconds or so...

That was checked and I unchecked it, but evidently that wasn't it. :( Any more advice? Thanks!

when you installed dolphin, it gave you cron job code. You use yor CPANEL to load this. Was that done?

I'm not sure i remember. All I know is the vids were processing and then they stopped. I don't think I did anything to cause it. (?) I don't know what to do?

Oh wait, I may have done something wrong! I got a mod for sending out emails to inactive members to remind them to come back and post pic, vids, etc. and the cron job for it wouldn't work, so I deleted it. Maybe I deleted the wrong one or something? How could I check on this or restore it or whatever I need to do?

I think. Might want to send an email to your hosting provider. I am sure they could assist you with this with no probs.
