Videos stuck on "loading"

I have checked all the permissions and gone through the various trouble shooting steps.  The only part of our website affected are the videos - they all stick on the "loading" screen.   Video uploads, cron jobs, everything else works except the play video component.  Does anyone have any ideas as to why this would be happening?  It really makes Dolphin look like an immature buggy application given the lack of support and generally non-existent debugging or error logging.  I would love to get this fixed asap before our license comes up for renewal.

Does anyone see anything wrong with this embed code?

well the embed is not really an embed, that is why it wouldnt load if that is what you are trying to do. they are only included from the youtube path, and have to have a url similar to the example listed when you click on embed.
