Viewing Profile

Good morning,

User can´t view profiles at all anymore. But my admin account can.

Do you have any solutions for my problem? I can´t reach my agent at the moment so would be awesome if you could answer here :P

Check your options selected in Admin - Settings - Membership Levels and see if you've accidentally removed permissions from your users.

what i would look at doing is making an attempt to clear the cache. you can try that from the admin panel, the four links that are in there. would try that first.

if that doesnt provide resolution, next step would be to try the cache directory. in that directory you will see several files one of which is .htaccess. we ant to leave that specific file in tact. do not remove the .htaccess, all other files, select and delete. empty the cache on your browser, refresh your browser and see if your images reappear?
