Visitors Permissions

I was just wondering...my site is in free mode, promotion disabled and set my visitor(non member) membership level to where the only thing they can do is view photos (just to test).  Then I went to the website and as a visitor, I was able to search, view photos, video, etc, view blogs and leave comments. What's going on here?

Never mind.  I figured it out, site should not be in free mode. Duuh!

Thanks for sharing- I've searched for about thirty minutes trying to figure that one out!
