Visitors can't sign up after upgrade to 7.0.3

Not sure if this was dealt with in another thread or not....

I upgraded almost two days ago and thought I had ironed out most of the problems...

Now I noticed that I haven't received any new members since the upgrade (which sucks because I usually get between 400-500/day)

So I try to sign up about a dozen times and get nothing...just wheels spinning...

Once it went through to the activation page but only because I left it for about 15 minutes...needed a coffee

Hmmm...is this a new feature?  Is Dolphin telling me I need to focus on the members I have and stop taking new members?

Yes, this issue was resolved.

Turns out it was a server related issue with my mail.

When my site could no longer send mail, it caused my login process to take over a few minutes.

It had nothing to do with the 7.0.3 upgrade, but just coincidently happened at about the exact time I upgraded.
