Votes not working

Hi,

the voting system is not working properly. if one user vote anything either it is a video or a photo the count increase but if another user try to vote the same it does to take the vote. please help

have the users you tested the same IP , then it only counts one vote...

so the voting system for profiles, photos & videos is based off ip address only? not any specific user account info?

yes, one vote from the IP per week

but why can´t guests make votes?
