Vulnerabilities in your public_html directory

I have installed Dolphin-v.6.1.4-Free.

Vulnerabilities in your public_html directory: 211situs.txt, 192situs.txt these files were automatically created there.

My host suggested the fix below.

After fixing the code the problem continues....now my site is shut down because of the host's other accounts also suffered because this problem.

Can anybody give me detailed steps to strengthen the securities in Dolphin-v.6.1.4-Free version?
