WALL POSTING PROBLEM ...any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated

I'm having a problem with wall posting. in the past my members were able to post simply html code via the wall post module but for some reason they cant anymore it will allow them to post the html code but is will turn it in to a link as apposed to displaying the glitter code or background images i believe i might have change something which is causing it to function this way but im lost now ....any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated
