I would like to make my top menu behave like ustillup.com's top menu. When a tab is not allowed to be used unless a user registers it's drop down menu won't be displayed and if the user clicks on the tab (the restricted one), they will be taken to the join page (join.php). Does anyone know how to program this? If so can you show me how to do this? Thanks.
