Wanted. Small mod for main chat.

I don't know what happened to the jobs section so I'll just post it here.

I'm looking for someone to create a small mod that will inform members on the front page when (and how many) users are currently in the chatroom.

 "Currently, there are: 23  Members in chat"

Something to that effect. I would be willing to pay a small fee for it.

Man this forum suckas. I had to use the tab key to get a cursor in the window so i could add text.

Can anyone help me with this? I would like to make my members aware if someone is in the main chat.

That would be a nice feature for Boonex to add in Site Stats!

If you are NOT using RMS, then I can make a small mod that will work.

I am using RMS

That can be a problem, as RMS is the only thing that knows anything about who is logged into chat.

When not using RMS, active chat users are logged in the dolphin database....

Ok, lets do it a different way then. Instead of trying to determine how many users are currently in chat, what of we just make a small mod that states "There are members in main chat" or something to that effect? Just a way to know if it's currently being used? (or is that the same thing)?

Rayz did this for D6, so Im sure he would be more than happy to do it for D7 (if he hasn't already). It would show how many members were in chat in the Site Stats box. I would suggest contacting him.
