Hello everyone, ive recently got my website up but there is a problem with it, when i go to the homepage it is...

Ive tried replacing the "design.inc.php" but nothing worked. Please could anyone help me?

I don't know if a warning is warranted since this would only affect your site, but your file permissions are not set correctly for your cache file pageview.  Just correct the file permissions and then in admin, pagebuilders, open one, move a few things around, then back to their original positions and your pageview cache file will update properly.
