Warning after install, duplicate module in admin

Joyous day. After the Game Zone install, our Home page displays the following at the top:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/cameronv/public_html/templates/base/scripts/BxBaseIndexPageView.php:1084) in /home/cameronv/public_html/inc/design.inc.php on line 133

also, there are two Game Zone modules shown in Admin> Modules (one duplicate).

1. How can I remove the duplicate (one of them) Game Zone Modules from Admin> Modules?
2. How can I correct or suppress the Warning shown above?

Please respond A.S.A.P. ..... Thanks.... Jefferson

Well, you might want to start by lookin' at where ya got it.  Of course, then you wouldn't be in here askin' us to fix it would ya.

Let me help ya out here a little:  Go over to 6.1 and you'll see a thread in there:

http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/#topic/DB-Error-w-Debug.htm

Please note how work today was effecting work from yesterday, the modder who did work awhile back came in and helped fix the clash.  In this case it was one symbol where it shouldn't of been, but it was tossin' on his work it appeared (it was not, it was my error).  The point is, if you obtain your mods from the original mod developer then they will be more than happy to show up, help you fix the work and get it all cleaned up and working.  Doesn't matter if it's during the mod install or down the road when an issue develops.  But if you obtain the mod from someone/where else, then come in here asking all of us to help you fix their work, you'll end up in a crappy position.  Why?  Because we are all tired of having our work stolen and thus we try to stick together to help protect each other.

Your best solution?  Go to the Original Mod Developer, pay that individual for the mod you received in a less than ethical manner, blatantly apologize to them and ask them, no take that back, BEG them to help you.  They probably will and it'll be alot quicker than tryin' to beg us to do it.

(BTW:  We do know how to fix it, but we're not tellin' while we think the mod is stolen)

Hey, at least this guy's original post is still here.  You get 'em to delete the OP, pack up their account and move to another solar system.

This "guy" is a newbie to Dolphin, but who has been a web developer for 10 years. In Jan2010 I had my client purchase the Prime package, and, among other mods, the D7 Game Zone mod. We had purchased the D7 Game Zone mod on Jan 27, 2010 from webmediaservices... before my first post for help here.
So, thanks for assuming I/We had "stolen" it.

When I initially tried contacting who I thought was webmediaservices (the moder), the response I received from the contact listed on the mod's License page was that I should contact the author.... but I thought I just had.
So..... I ended up in this thread asking for help.

A warm community?

I will do my best to only ask questions when absolutely everything else has been tried.
Thanks for assuming I/we stole the module.

Hi guys,

Just for the records:

cameronvelott has bought Dolphin Game Zone and has a legal license.

Once he contacted me, it has been fixed quickly.

Kind regards,

Ramon

well thats good to hear but I am having 3 video and game symbols in my admin page now lol, I had tried to delete 1 out of 2 and now got 3 wow lol

I guess the best bet would be to delete every bit out and then try to see if only one will install I guess?
