Warning errors on new install

Hi

I have install Dolphin quite afew times before without problems, however I have just installed the latest version 6.1 on a new hosting provider and am getting the following warnings at the top of main page

Warning: include(/usr/local/apache/htdocs/~account-name/inc/header.inc.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/account-name/public_html/ray/modules/global/inc/header.inc.php on line 10

Can anyone point me in the right direction please ?

 Check the ~ in address

you need to edit path in /inc/header.inc.php

and in /ray/modules/global/inc/header.inc.php

files
