Weird subscribe box

I have just installed Dolphin7 and at the top of the page the subscribe box is broken and weird. Can somebody tell me why it is doing this or how i can fix it please?

Very interesting situation - what changes with default package did u apply? U may restore original view via executing this queries in ur DB:

If problem will remain then copy to ur site original templates/base/scripts/BxBaseIndexPageView.php file.

I haven't changed anything, that is install only, have not even logged into admin area yet. It did the same thing with one of the earlier releases i experimented with a few weeks ago. This is  brand new install with new DB.

I successfully executed that sql command and nothing seems to have changed.

He also mentioned one other thing to try. If problem will remain then copy to ur site original templates/base/scripts/BxBaseIndexPageView.php file.
