What file do I remove the "Welcome to the community!" from I want to compleatly remove the div that calls the "Welcome to the community!" so it is not there

Find 'Dolphin root/templates/tmpl_your_template/css/index.css' file and place the following code in the end of the file:

#indexPhotoLabel div.sys_title
{
    display:none
}

Save changes and clear dolphin and browser cache. To clean dolphin cache go to Dolphin admin panel -> dashboard and click 'all' link under Clear Cache menu.
