not sure but looks like DB access error. Check the DB user and pass in inc.header.php file.

Any solution to this... I'm experiencing the same problem with version 7.0.9 (new install).  I can only guess it's due to a recent module I installed since I did not see it initially.

It means Dolphin can't connect to the MySQL server.  Might be caused by too many requests from the cron job.
