What i am experiencing

My chat uses rms. but at times rms encounter problem and the moment i disconnect it from the chat room to allow easy access, these are the problems i have:

1. members single messages appear twice  in the lobby

2. At times, we could hardly see each other. that is, a member can be in the chat room and i can only read his message. others will see the person but i wont. this is a general problem not just to me.

so generally, without rms in the chat room, the chat room is really worthless. is this it? have you experience this before.

Right now i get disconnected every seconds as members are all disconnected from chat room and find it difficult to get back in using the same browser until they change their browsers. what is causing this last problem?

RMS issues do seem to plague dolphin. im not sure about the double posting, but in the past, if you would untick the USE RMS option in settings for the flash apps, this would clear that up. as for being disconnected, this is a matter you need to take up with your service provider. 

I know RMS has issues, but not to the extent you are experiencing in this specific case. 

you could send a support ticket to your provider, ask them to strace your streaming connection, though not really conducive to celebratory announcements, you would need 20 or so volunteers to come into the room, so that RMS could be debugged. 

as a test, you could disable RMS, and see if you are still getting double entries on the chat portion. that is information you would be able to provide to your carrier.
