What's the function of WALL module?

I installed it but cant notice any changes! Anybody please tell me about it.

Basically, it's a replica of the Wall feature on Facebook. From what I've noticed, it keeps updates on your use of the site and also allows yourself and others to post to it.

i dont know because i am not a fan of FB, but i think you are supposed to run the FB api plugin and you will stay up-to-date with your posts on your site as well as any posts your members kick around on FB. thats just me thinking from the past of what it was supposed to do. there was a description of most of this stuff with a further detail list supposed to arrive later. i dont think we ever got that detail list.
