Where do I change the Chatroom Rules ?

Hi All... I have looked and looked but I can't find where to change my "Chat Room Rules" ??  Can anyone let me know when they are located so I can make a few small changes ?

 I am using Version 7.0.6

Go to Admin Panel -> Settings -> Language Settings

In the text box type (Looking for) type in chat_rules and then tick the box Search

You can then select and edit the chat rules.
