Where to add adf.ly code?

I need to add adf.ly codes to my page, they need to show up on everypage... I tried to add at footer.html, but it did not work for some reason?

I am guessing this one also did not come with instructions as to where the code is suppose to be placed.

 Yeps no introductions. It works in PHP block.. But it's kinda annoying to add block into each page.

I have now tried personally everything what i can .... Without succeed.. 

I dont understand why it doesn't work once its added to footer.html
