Where will we be able to post job offers?

From the Market Terms:

"Unity Market is designed for commercial classifieds, namely Dolphin extensions, modification services, add-ons, job offers, service requests, etc."

I know it says it is designed for job offers, but the system seems as though it is only intended for posting items for sale.  I have a few coding jobs I need done asap, and I'd like to post them on this site.   I really don't think job offers should be mixed in with items for sale, and need a separate area.

Does anybody know what Boonex's plans are in this regard, or can someone from Boonex comment on this?
