Which Linux distribution on server?

Hello - can anyone recommend which Linux distribution to choose for server hosting Dolphin community? I'm researching VPS, and many hosts let you choose among several Linux distributions.

For instance I can choose between several versions of Ubuntu, Fedora, CentOS and Debian.

If anyone has any experience with VPS hosting in Europe, preferably Sweden, Germany, Netherland (or England), I'm also very interested.

On our server (dedicated) we use Fedora and we host now 8 sites all dolphin sites in the Netherlands :)  Only we have no ray server.

I agree with killerhaai, I use Fedora on my VPS too, its the best soulution believe me

Thank you guys. So either Fedora or CentOS is working smoothly, I'll take it ;-)

Just one more question - does it matter if I choose 32 or 64-bit?

We use CentOS 5 64 bit.
