Why is Boonex not living up to as advertised?

So I read all about Boonex, it seemed like a good fit.  However, then once I purchase the product Im left for dead.  I expected the product to work out the box as advertised.  Well thats not the case, and if that isn't the case fine, but I should at least get the support I need till it does.  So what do I mean?  Well I need my forums working and from the get go they never did.  I had the L brackets on everything and so I recompiled, made sure permissions were right etc... etc.. nothing.  The L brackets went away but I could never add a group post nothing all of which are standard of any forums.  So some other ppl threw some ideas and there nothing still.  I submitted a support ticket and was pretty much blown of and forgot about.  So this is pretty disgusting at this point, ppl say look and search in the forums.  Well I did, however, if there product doesn't work as advertised its not the ppls problem to solve this it is the companies.  All Im saying is Boonex needs to man up and solve this issue.

Oh and one more thing, Im not retarded when if comes to web related stuff.  I could fix most of these problems myself if I knew what the underyling problem is, but I cant figure it out and apparently can no one else.
