Why some of my videos have to download 100% and then can be played?

I have 4 videos on my website, long age upload one and can be played normally.
But today I uploaded three more videos, all of them have to download 100% and then can be played?

Any idea?

something is odd there, because the videos should not have to download at all in order to stream. and that is what it is supposed to do is stream, meaning play from its current location.

hello xue_ze_feng,

i think your problem is that you convert to mp4. d7 uses moovrelocator to put moov atom from file-end to the beginning, so http streaming is possible. there are known issues due to big files because of big memory consumption.

you can test with QTIndexSwapper2 (search in google):
1. Download converted file
2. repair with QTIndexSwapper2
3. upload again and overwirte orig. file to test (do not forget to rename after repairing)
