Working on Norwegian Translation

Hello, I am working on Norwegian Translation of Dolphin 7 language file. I have also made some translation utilities to ease the translation process, and make updates to the translation documents when new updated language files are released, like matching each of the original source texts with new ones and marking them as changed. This tool can be of use for other translators as well, so are you interested in anything such, let me know, and I kan advice where to download. This will be free tools for anyone interested.

I have made an alternate download location, where it can be downloaded. See in the comment section of the file. It was saved with access to members, but something then looks not right. I have to put some more attention to it, but in the meantime look at my last comment on it.
