World map position issue on IE8

I have IE8 on windows 7 and there is a position problem with the world map on the home page, it is moved down below the box for it and cut off.  see picture:

IE really buggy, ti seems that it is more buggy than Dolphin 7 alpha.

Sometimes it happens, sometimes not.

Try to move the block with map to another position in admin page builder.

No one any other browser has this problem, even it is difficult to reproduce this bug using IE.
