Writing apps for Dolphine?

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone had any examples or documentation for write apps for Dolphine 6/7.
Looking for a starting point, I know little bit of PHP/MYSQ and FLEX but need assistant making it work under the Dolphine umbrella.

If some could help with basic read write to database and to display information under a new tab menu would be great and I can take it from there.
