Yet another facebook connect problem

Hello,

I have just upgraded to 7.0.8 and facebook connect is driving me crazy.  I've pasted my api key and secret in the appropriate places as well as copied and pasted my domain with the ?faceboook_login to facebook app canvas url and am still getting just an image that says "facebook".  When clicked it takes me to a page that says it is under construction.  Developers can fix this in the settings dialogue.  I've read all the articles today and watched deanos video, none of them seem to be helping.  Anybody have any idea what could be wrong?

Thaks

Chris

so much to do....

I tried that with no luck.

I don't believe there is something I am missing it just seems that the module itself doesn't like me.  Would a custom template have anything to do with it?  I'm using the Biggi template.

Thanks,

Chris

I've attached some screenshots of what happens when I put the facebook connect link in the debug tool.  Giving me some code I don't understand exactly.

Thoughts?

I know you mentioned a video you say i posted. I have no such video, so i believe you were referring to a video that was posted a very long time ago by someone else that is very outdated. Facebook makes changes so often that referring to anything older than 3 months is pointless. Facebook is actually starting to irritate me. Just trying to keep up with all of their changes is exhausting.

Anyhow.......

I have a feeling you do not have the facebook application setup properly.

Go to https://developers.facebook.com/apps

Edit your application. Use these screen shots as a guide. http://www.deanbassett.com/images/facebook_screenshots/

Pay close attention to the Migrations. All but one of those are to be disabled.
