Not 100% sure what the syntax for utube is - but when embedding WM files you simply added autoplay = false to the configuration parameters. No doubt Utube will have something similar. (Google is your friend). HTH /DM Dolphin - Ajax Masturbation |
Ok Google turned up this - first result I got if you add &autoplay=1 to the end of the video URL it will automatically play - Maybe try &autoplay=0 /DM Dolphin - Ajax Masturbation |
thanks dean just fixed it one more query can we set relative width for youtube player coz the post in wall is going out of the table. regards vikram |
Short answer - yes you can. Just a suggestion - when you get the embed code for your utube video you will see a button to the right of the box - click it and it will open a dialog to allow you to pre-select things like size / colour etc. It adds them to the embed code. Do this and then look at the embed code - you should see a width parameter - just change the dimensions to suit your site. /DM Dolphin - Ajax Masturbation |

If available, I always change width AND height by the same percentage in order to maintain the same aspect ratio for the playing video clip. Say the clips played in 480 x 360 format and that was a little too big for me, then I might reduce both factors by 10% to start out with, making the new size 432 x 324. Although I check pages, especially ones with video clips, with FF, IE7, and IE8, I also check pages with FF under Ubuntu since Linux, particularily Ubuntu users, are growing like wildfire. Millions every year for the past 3 or 4 years. |
