Youtube Video Database error

Hello

im removing all the videos from mysite from youtube because they been remove

This video has been removed due to terms of use violation.

but Im geting Database error when I want to delete a video from youtube link

When I click delete nothing happen I only get this error report only

The video has been remove from youtube so im cleaning all the video have this messages

Mysql error: Table 'xxxxxxxxx_xxxxxxxxxxxx.bx_games_videos' doesn't exist

I have a game mod but im not deleting any game is a video you can go and check for proof

DELETE FROM `bx_games_videos` WHERE `media_id` = '16'

Im try to only unistall the Video module by >> Boonex

but  i have to unistall all this modules

This is not good why I have to unistall all these modules to fix one
