a secrete?

Well let it be said I am not afraid to talk about it nor hide it behind some wall of Membership.  If you are dealing with a member maybe in a dispute or whatever how in gods name do you not share that with the people who are customers of said member who appears to not even be visible anymore.

I am so confused about a certain member who is not even searchable anymore.  Have I missed something here as there is nothing that I CAN read about said member.  The process is just so not smart as I have a vested interest in said member by way of a module purchase who can't read my e-mails because he is having a dispute?

If you delete a member or are suspending, member or banishing a member or even just in discussions with a member about his behavior then ANYONE who has a VESTED interest in said member needs to be notified of mentioned activity.  Is that a tough thing for you yes I am sure but it allows for integrity of your band once again to be upheld.  Let's say I have no idea what is going on and the member contacts directly and because the moderators have sent out nothing about said member I have no idea there is an issue...

From my end I had to wait days to figure out something was up and i saw a post about him but i needed a premium membership to read about it...Hmmm I bought his mod that gives me the right to see or read anything about said person.  I can;t tell you how much of a waste of time this has caused... you need to rethink this...

We've been discussing this in the moderator forum.  I know that suspending a developer who has a lot of customers is going to create problems, but we can't allow them to evade the hammer for the sake of said customers.

I'll keep this post in mind for future suspensions, maybe add a note or forum topic.  But customers should still be able to get support from the developer via their email.  I know it's not great, but that's the best I can offer.

Your developer was suspended for a week.  He should be back in another day or two.

I'm not sure about temporary suspensions, but permanent ones will definitely be posted in a note.
