account page builder problem

Page builder problem i think!

If I sign in as admin, on profile account page it is all out of order and columns!!! If i login in with other profile the account page is perfect!!!!

see photos below first is admin's account page the second is normal members account page.  any ideas how to correct this would be great.

Your photos seem to have been deleted. May I recommend uploading them to the topic?

I don't why it's fixed it's self.
