how is it possible to disable that members can create own article

i need that only admin can creat articles.

Look into your admin section under advanged setting almost on top...

What articles exactly do you mean? Articles are only for admin. Or do you mean blogs, or maybe that members CAN post articles?

that´s wrong, it is possible. if you don´t belive it maybe look in to your member account on your site then open articles.php and yoou will see it or i make for you a screenshot
