added column and site crashed

i added a 3rd column to the default homepage and nothing is working now.

i am getting this error

Fatal error: Call to a member function getParam() on a non-object in /home/XXXXXX/public_html/inc/db.inc.php on line 83

can anyone help?

you need to enable FULL DEBUG MODE, and report the actual dbase error.

this provides nothing to work with here.
