adding a/v chat

Hi all, I am starting to think that I have a bad download or something. Having all sorts of problems. Of course good chance of user stupidity. When I go to Moduals/flash aps and click a/v chat I see that it isn't installed. When I go to install it I get a screen saying that I need to change permissions. The problem is that I dont see the files that I need to change permisions on. Where is chat/xml/main.xml? I don't even see a chat file. I see a chat under boonex but it doesn't have a xml file. Is this normal? Am I just looking in the wrong place?

ok thanks, Duhh I guess I should have looked there. I mean I am editing the flash modual.

When I change the permisions I get a screen that says I need to edit the customFunctions.inc.php file. I have brought that up but cant see what I need to do to edit it.

from the original d7 package re-upload the flash folder see if that help (works most of the time)
