adjusting the match info

I get complaints that illogical matches are being sent out,  how can I adjust the percentage of importance?

Example today a 70 year old woman got a match for a 35 year old male....  

I must be doing something wrong.

Thanks  I boosted that up, but is there away of defiing the match aka with in 5 years, same religion, and other variables such as that?
