admin levels

is there a level for admins in the admin section like super admin then admin? Super admin can do anything while admin will only have certain things he can do in the admin panel and the super admin will be the one to choose what the admin can only do. Help Please

In current 6.1.x version no... Only one admin. 
You can set more by database, but you need a md5 password for every admin account.
