admin username and password??

Friends i have restarted my other dolphin project after a month... and so have forgot my admin user name and password, which table should i exactly look in in the database that will allow me to create and look for the user id?? please help, its quite urgent...

hey all... i have got the solutiin the database...

so this is the tablle where people can go and check for the user name and also can change the password...a good password recovery technique :)
