advanced settings not working

My advanced settings area is not working.  I have no options to select from. below is a screenshot of what my advanced settings area looks like.  it was working yesterday, but today it is not working.  i dont know what happened. does anyone have any suggestions?

i have tried uploading all of my files again via FTP and that didnt help either.

does anyone have any ideas about this?  i am getting very frustrated.
