allow_url_include cron problem

I was asked by the installation process to switch off allow_url_include in php.ini file ... which I did and installed fresh copy of Dolphin 6.1.5. Now I am getting hundreds of emails from cron. Here is the text of email as it is

"<font color="red">allow_url_include is On (warning, you should have this param in Off state, or your site will unsafe)</font> <br />
Please go to the <br />
<a href="http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/GenDolTShooter">Dolphin Troubleshooter</a> <br />
and solve the problem."

What can I do ?

Same here... I can't even get to install the script cause I can't get around this error even though I have switch off in php.ini
