am looking for a questionnaire mod if any one know of one ,please help

What about your "Polls" module, have you tried it?

well looking for a mod where the member would fill out lets say 20 questions and it would be on there profile,,, or have the questions on the join page but that may be to much to join

that can be done with the polls module.

[edit] look at your profile link and click on the Polls tab> look for Add Poll and complete.

but would i not see 20 polls in there profile?
