in the /flash/modules/video/files/function.inc.php     there is no function.inc.php

Quote · 3 Jan 2010

That looks like a typo. Try.

/flash/modules/video/inc/function.inc.php

what should /public_html/inc be set to  755 or 777

Quote · 3 Jan 2010

/inc must be 755

Well /public_html/inc does not have anything to do with your videos, but 755

The one for videos thats important is flash/modules/video/files which needs to be 777

All of the flash modules files folders are to be 777 (Writable)

766 should work as well, but 755 is not writable.

Just a heads up, that one some hosts, setting your Flash applications' files folders to 777 will cause undesired results (such as videos no longer playing).

am not dumb, but i just don't know about this video up load, when i try to upload with flash i get this

the embed works ok and is the embed just for youtube?

If you have problems with the flash uploader, we recommend that you use a regular uploader.

I noticed your using a different template. Did you try switching back to the default UNI template to see if the problem continues.

thats the thing i del the template i just have the reg one now

Quote · 3 Jan 2010

Well the error show it still trying to reference template skin002. So if your sure you removed it all, then do this.

Go into admin -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Template.

Make sure the template is set to UNI

Uncheck the boxes for Enable cache for HTML files, Enable cache for images, Enable cache for CSS files, and Enable cache for JS files

Click save.

Then from the file manager in cpanal, empty the contents for the folders cache, cache_public and tmp. Delete all files from those folders except the .htaccess file if it exists.

Log out of admin and try again. Report any changes in and error message here.
